Eddie Boggs, 56, went home to be with his Lord on June 26, 2009.

Funeral Services celebrating his life will be held at 5:00PM Monday, June 29, 2009 at First Christian Church with Pastor Dr. Pete Kunkle officiating. Interment will follow in Guilford Memorial Park in Greensboro.

A native of Guilford County, Eddie was the son of the late Thelma Williams and Alton Dewey Boggs. Eddie, and his wife Diane, are the owners of Ghostriders Saloon in Elkin.

Eddie living life for the moment, and cherishing each one, will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He was also a US Army Veteran.

Survivors include his loving wife of 25 years Diane Thompson Boggs of Kernersville; daughters Hannah Christian Flener of Centertown, KY, Kimberly Renee Gonzales of Raleigh, and Cynthia Jo Mayo of Winston-Salem; sons Matthew Cain Flener of Centertown, KY, and Christopher Scott Paschal of Kernersville; sisters Hilda Boggs Hanrick and Dennis of Fayetteville, and Sylvia Ann Owens and Lenwood of Oak Ridge; mother in law Maude Cook Jefferson of Fries, VA; father in law Monroe Edward Thompson of High Point; grandchildren Yasmine, Gabrielle, and Alexis.

The family will visit with friends from 4:00PM until 7:00PM Sunday
at the First Christian Church, Kernersville.
